Are you having problems with the Sure Petcare app not finding your hub? Call the hotline, I had the same problem. Finally, my advisor found out that my hub is already connected to another network. The joke is, the hub is a new purchase! How can the hub already be on one network? The advisor deleted the other network and I was now able to install my Hub in the app and everything works fine.
