No, cannot be fixed.....

My first grille was also defective, but I got a replacement the very next day. Of course it's not the best but it's ok for this price. You could tinker with it yourself so that it can be fixed, e.g. cable ties are hardly visible, but then it is always like this;)

The grille is not to be recommended, it was already defective when unpacked. It cannot be adjusted and fixed properly.
