Question about Petkit Fresh Element
Does anyone have a Trock how to connect the device? Nothing has worked for hours, I've tried everything, even re-entered the wifi. I have even deinstalled my device, in the meantime I can't even get the possibility to connect to the device. Please find a quick solution

Are you sure you are using a 2.4GHz wifi? It does work with 5GHz

We've also had connection problems that were solved after several attempts/ignitions.
Namely, for us, it's not possible to connect several devices. So if another smartphone is connected in the meantime, that's going to be a problem.

So now I've only been able to start it with a hotspot and in battery mode, but that's not a long-term solution for me, as I've already used my wifi/wifi before I'd like to be able to connect with my regular wifi again.
I even tried to reinstall it and then it doesn't even find the Petkit_Ap_ or it doesn't go any further.
Yes, it has worked for a year, at least until yesterday.
