Does anyone have experience with the range of the base station? I would like to install the door (Sureflap connect) in the basement, the base station would be on the ground floor near the router.

The arrangement described works identically and without problems for us. There is about 13m and one floor in between.

I live in a wooden house. There are 2 wooden walls between the flap and the hub, the distance is 7m. Well, sometimes they are connected, sometimes not. I have now moved the hub to the basement next to the flap.
