Good evening Our hub, which we bought second-hand, only lights up green sparsely (continuously) and cannot be connected to the app. Does anyone know the problem? Two resets of the hub have brought no success. Best regards

How do I reset the hub? Or reset the hub to the default settings?

I'm getting desperate because I can't connect to the internet via cable or wifi.
