Hello, I have installed a cat flap with its hub on a sequential metal garage door (steel). My cat can get out without any problem, but it is impossible for him to get in. The manual lock is correctly positioned inside/outside. Interior only" mode deactivated on the application. It seems that the external sensor does not pick up my cat's chip.
