I can't connect. I have 2.4 Ghz wifi and it doesn't work. Tried hotspot with another phone and it doesn't work either. Tried variant with 2 reset, PETKIT_AP_... wifi is displayed on mobile phone, I can connect but in the app it always says: Wifi cannot be established.

Helpful answer

After many attempts, I contacted the manufacturer and was able to solve the installation problems on my Android.

Solution :

1) Set the router to 2.4 GHz, deactivate 5 GHz if necessary.
2) Tap "Add device" on the app.
3) Tap on "Fresh Element Mini". NOT "Fresh Element".
4) Allow location, this is necessary for it to receive any WIFI.
5) Go back to "Add Device" and continue on "Fresh Element". Follow the instructions on the screen.
