The flap is always unlocked, regardless of the setting (4 Way). It locks and unlocks again every 10 minutes. Reset several times, batteries replaced, with and without timer, familiarisation mode off, safety mode off. What can be done?

Our solution: send it back and switch to the SureFlap. With the hub, you can then also set "exit times" and ensure that the cat doesn't roam around at night and get hit. Unfortunately, this happened to us with two cats. Now we no longer have this problem.
