Unfortunately, my Fresh Element keeps losing the connection and the device is "offline". I am about to return the device. Does anyone know how to fix this? - Using 2.4 ghz - Latest versions - When the device is offline I have to reconnect it and then it works again. (tedious because I can't rely on it when I'm away for 2 days).

Hello..

Exactly the same problem here! It worked perfectly for 2 months and all of a sudden I have to reconfigure it up to 2x a day. Really frustrating! For the price I expect that I can rely on it! I really wish I had a workable solution here, because when the device worked, I was really satisfied!

Unfortunately, the manufacturer's support is not so easy, as they only answer in English. And so I can't get any further!

I have the same problem, but it only occurred with my device about 6 months after use. Unfortunately, I don't know a solution either.
