Until 2 minutes ago the hub was still online, now the ears light up red and nothing can be operated via the app. Took it off the power, restarted the smart phone - nothing has helped. WLan is available. Batteries are new... what's going on now?

Good evening, if the ears light up red, the device has no connection to the cat door. The reception is rather weak, it needs a very good WLAN signal and a really short distance to the cat door.
