This black, robust penis/testicle strap features a heavy rope design with an elegant metal sliding weight and an additional ball weight, totaling 166 g. It can be individually adjusted to the penis to enhance the erection-promoting blood congestion effect. The stretchy silicone loop can also be placed around the testicles and tightened for pleasure. The version worn around both the penis and testicles is particularly ingenious, as the weight of the ball swings back and forth in an exciting manner.
