How to use

1. Choose the most suitable hinge ring. This may require some trial and error. If the ring is too tight, it can cause discomfort. If it is too loose, it may not be as secure as it should be.

2. Open the ring and place it behind the testicles against the body.

3. Close the ring around the testicles. You may want to place your thumb over the hinge at the bottom of the ring while closing to avoid pinching if you have very loose skin in that area.

4. Select a locking pin and insert it through the back of the ring.

5. Place the silicone safety cover over the locking pin in front of the ring.

6. Position the cage on the penis and slide the cage onto the locking pin. The testicles will be positioned between the ring and the cage, hanging below the cage.

7. Lock the penis by either inserting a padlock or a numbered plastic lock through the locking pin.
