Can 1 kg of flour plus other ingredients such as yeast, salt and liquid be easily kneaded into a yeast dough with this appliance or is the capacity too small for this?

Helpful answer

Yes, it goes well. We also make plait every week with 1 kg of flour. According to the manual, up to max. 1.36 kg flour for XL up to max. 1.6 kg flour. The total weight is 2.18 and 2.56 kg (XL).
We are very happy with this purchase. We also bought the Pro cutter, which is also recommended.
