What are your experiences with the amount of flour? What is the maximum amount still okey? For example for a plait? Thank you

I use it to make pizza dough from 1 kg flour + 600g water. So far, the machine has had no problem with that. However, this is not a long-term experience.

No experience with maximum quantity. Check the instruction manual. Depending on the recipe, a different maximum quantity is possible.
