I have now ordered the Moleskine Planner (digital paper).
This is recognised as digital paper by the camera, but not that it is a Planner. What can I do to change this?

Unfortunately, we no longer have the pen on sale, so I can't say. I can't find this pen from the manufacturer either. I just see in our description "Notes app for easy transcribing, sharing, managing and editing notes; automatically syncs with Evernote, Adobe, OneNote, Google Drive." However, there is no mention of Outlook, only Google.

For technical support, I would recommend you contact the manufacturer of the affected device. At best, contact Moleskine. Otherwise, I hope that another user from the Community can help you.
