The consistently function-oriented design by Alvar Lennig for Electrolux from 1940 has been carefully refined. The brilliant design idea of using the machine vertically for various attachments has been perfected. For the large 7-liter stainless steel bowl driven by the motor, the mixing roller or the dough hook is available, each optionally with or without a dough scraper at the edge of the bowl. The positioning of the dough hook (at a distance from the bowl bottom) or the mixing roller (at a distance from the bowl wall) can be adjusted as needed. Both tools can move between the center and the edge of the rotating bowl, which is powered by an 800-watt motor (with a stepless control). For yeast doughs and light bread doughs up to 5 liters, as well as for heavy bread doughs up to 3.5 liters, the manufacturer recommends the mixing roller; for yeast doughs and bread doughs of 1 to 1.5 liters of dough mass, the dough hook is suggested. For smaller amounts of whipped cream, pancake batter, or cake batter, the double whisk is recommended, which is placed on the drive with its own bowl. Here, the 3.5-liter bowl remains fixed while the two whisks rotate inside.
