The Berkel RL250 slicer has all the necessary features to fulfil EC conformity and can therefore be used professionally or in a restaurant.

Despite its compact size, it is very powerful and versatile thanks to a 190 W motor (0.25 hp).

The appliance is compact, extremely versatile, modern and elegant.

The sander is tilted to take advantage of gravity to maximise precision with every cut.

The aluminium blade guard makes cutting easier.

The slicer is equipped with an integrated sharpener.

The slicing unit consists of a chrome steel blade.

The hard chrome-plated steel blade has a diameter of 250 mm.

The blade holder has a double ball bearing.

The removable carriage ensures easy handling.

A fantastic free kit is included with the slicer:

  • Cover for the slicer

  • Degreaser and disinfectant 750 ml
