It allowed for the effortless mechanical slicing of the finest pieces of ham, meat, and sausage: far better than by hand and absolutely uniform, even with large quantities. To this day, Berkel machines are renowned for their exceptional cutting precision. The 0.19 kW motor of this precision machine effortlessly drives the smooth, hardened blade of the chrome-plated tool steel knife (25 cm Ø) through the food being sliced. You can slice easily, quickly, and precisely - right down to the last piece. The slice thickness can be adjusted to the millimeter: from paper-thin to 14 mm.
