The BZ16 is built on proven components from older Bezzera machines: the chassis of the Mitica and Strega, the boiler and filling system of the E61, and the famous Bezzera brew head. This allows Bezzera to combine a stylish, representative exterior with a large, temperature-stable 2-liter boiler and a quickly heated brew group, resulting in one of the beautiful and powerful machines that rivals professional equipment.
