Brikka is a unique coffee maker that offers the experience of a real Italian espresso, just like in a café. How to prepare coffee:
1. Fill the boiler with cold water using the included measuring cup.
2. Insert the funnel filter into the boiler.
3. Fill the funnel filter with ground Moka coffee without pressing it down, ensuring that no coffee grounds remain on the rim of the coffee maker.
4. Screw the top part onto the boiler and tighten it well, but avoid over-tightening to prevent straining the handle.
5. Place the coffee maker on the heat source. If using a flame, ensure it does not extend beyond the edge of the coffee pot. For electric or ceramic cooktops, avoid the highest heat.
6. After a few minutes, a small amount of coffee will start to emerge, and the characteristic sound of the Brikka, signaling the beginning of foam formation, will be heard.
7. After a few seconds, ensure that the foam formation in the upper part is complete.
8. Pour the coffee into cups and distribute the coffee and foam evenly.

Cleaning instructions: The Bialetti Brikka should simply be rinsed with water after use. Do not use detergents. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher, as this could damage the product and affect the taste of the coffee.
