The set consists of three different sizes in red, white and green; each colour is assigned its own use, which is marked by small symbols. The biggest board is for meat and bread, the middle one for fish and onions and the smallest one for cheese and vegetables. The boards are all made of high-quality plastic and are easy to clean. The set is completed by a plastic holder which ensures order. The airy storage of the boards standing in the holder gives bacteria no chance and each board has its fixed place.
