Aus dem Modell von CASO kann man wundervoll-viskosen Milchschaum servieren, in dem aber viele Grobporen vorkommen. Schade ist vor allem, dass sich nur 100 ml Milch in einem Mal schäumen lassen und am Ende des Schäumprozesses auch noch = 60,0 % dieser Milch im Modell verbleiben. Das ließe sich durchaus noch verbessern.
