The vacuum-sealing films are boil-proof for up to eight hours at temperatures of up to 100 °C and are also ideal for cooking in a vacuum. CASO professional films are also suitable for the microwave (up to a maximum of 70 °C). The stable ribbed structure ensures a 100% seal and an optimum vacuum and provides optimal protection against freezer burn and loss of flavour. This keeps valuable food fresh up to 8 times longer.
