The manual Eschenfelder flake crusher has an elegant shape with clear lines and is very easy to use and clean. It measures only 20x25 cm and yet offers high performance for many types of grain. The beech wood hopper has been carefully finished and oiled with vegetable oils, ensuring a long service life and excellent stability. Instead of conventional cylindrical rollers, the German-made Eschenfelder flake crusher is equipped with stainless steel rollers.

Home-pressed flakes differ considerably from industrially pressed flakes. This process ensures that the industrially produced flakes remain unchanged, but at the same time means that they cannot be considered fresh. A home grain crusher makes it possible to produce fresh flakes at all times, thus preserving the variety of vital substances and nutrients contained in the grain without any loss of quality.
