This dehydrator, developed in New Zealand, is ideal for low-temperature drying and preparing raw food dishes. A special hot air distribution system ensures even drying on all racks.

The digital display allows you to select the drying time (up to 48 hours) and temperature (30 - 70 °C). Once the set drying time has elapsed, the dehydrator automatically switches to a low-temperature drying mode (30 °C) to prevent the food from becoming moist again.
