The handles, grips, and lid knobs are ergonomically shaped and oven-safe up to 260 °C. The patented handle attachment meets DIN standards and guarantees high stability. A sturdy pouring rim and a counter handle facilitate handling. The 8 mm thick, warp-resistant base ensures even heat distribution and optimal heat retention. After a final quality inspection, each pan is provided with an individual test number.
