PowerBoost
Some of the Gorenje induction cooktops feature the powerful PowerBoost function. It increases the cooktop's power, significantly reducing cooking time. For instance, it takes only 5.7 minutes to heat 2 liters of water from 15 °C to 90 °C – a time saving of nearly 50% compared to regular HiLight cooktops.

Induction Cooktops
Induction cooktops heat up twice as fast as HiLight cooktops, making them comparatively more economical and safer. An induction cooktop heats only the bottom of the cookware, while the rest of the cooktop surface remains cool and safe to touch. Temperature control is instantaneous with a single touch, making it incredibly easy to melt chocolate or prepare delicate sauces.

Stop&Go
This function saves the settings used before temporarily turning off the cooktop.

ChildLock
Parents will appreciate the ChildLock function, as it allows children to tap on all control panels without changing any settings. Of course, you should never leave your children unattended in the kitchen while cooking.

Timer
The timer can be set for up to 99 minutes. If you know the optimal cooking time for a specific dish from experience, set the timer, and the cooktop will automatically turn off when the set time has elapsed. An acoustic signal will then indicate: Your food is ready!
