The advanced multilayer technology, a 3-layer design made of stainless steel, aluminum, and stainless steel with a strong hybrid coating, ensures optimal heat distribution in the pan. The coating allows the use of metal utensils without fear of damaging the coating or the utensils themselves, and it is also PFAS-free. Oven-safe up to 260 degrees (without lid).
