The Inventum GF461B Double Cold Zone Fryer has a total capacity of 5 liters, with each fryer holding 2.5 liters. Each fryer has a power output of 1800 watts. The fryer features removable inner pots and a stainless steel housing. With the double fryer, you can fry fries and snacks simultaneously. The heating element is directly immersed in the liquid frying fat, allowing the temperature sensor to respond much faster than in a conventional fryer. The fries cook quickly and become particularly crispy.

The heating element hangs a few centimeters above the bottom of the fryer, immersed in the liquid frying fat. As the heat radiates upwards, the fat at the bottom remains cooler.
