Instructions: To fill the grinder, turn the top disc counterclockwise to unscrew it from the glass base. You can now fill the glass container with your chosen spice. Replace the lid by turning the ring clockwise onto the glass base. To adjust the grind size, turn the small cap on top clockwise for fine grinding and counterclockwise for coarse grinding. To dispense, hold the top part of the grinder over the area to be seasoned while turning the bottom part of the grinder clockwise.

Tips: Grinding spices is about releasing the oils. Some spices and blends produce more oil than others. With very oily spices, the released oil can cause the spice to clog the mill. You can partially avoid this issue by adding coarse salt to the mix. Do not expose this spice mill to moisture. Do not grind over a boiling pot.
