The Louis Tellier Compact-PRO vegetable grater from France offers precise cutting with adjustable thicknesses from 0.5 to 10 mm. It features an ergonomic pusher and two julienne inserts for 4 and 10 mm. The stainless steel blade with a diagonal edge and honeycomb design prevents vegetables from sticking. Ideal for GN containers with a cutting width of 95 mm and an aerodynamic design.
