The modern version of the machine incorporates Marcato technologies that are standard in other models of the series: rollers made of anodized aluminum alloy and combs made of highly durable polymer resin. Otello is a limited collector's item designed and manufactured by us to represent Italian design around the world. Otello is also an ideal machine for fresh pasta, allowing you to prepare dough sheets, fettuccine, and tagliolini. The 7-position controller of Otello enables the production of dough sheets in various thicknesses suitable for numerous pasta formats. Compared to the Atlas 150, the controller positions correspond to the thicknesses indicated in the following table.
