Do you want to make the perfect Frankfurt crown yourself? Then the 'Profi' springform from my basics is recommended. It is non-stick, so no batter will stick to the pan, and it has a diameter of 26 cm. The pan is two-part and comes with a flat base and a tube base. Inverting your cake is not necessary.
