The Charlotte Cake Pan mimics the beauty of the famous French dessert that traditionally uses ladyfinger biscuits and custard, but is easier to make and assemble! The Nordic Ware cast aluminium bakeware offers fine detail and excellent baking performance. The sturdy cast aluminium mould distributes heat quickly and evenly so that the cake rises evenly, bakes evenly and has a golden crust. The centre tube directs the heat to the centre of the cake, ensuring even baking. The non-stick coated interior ensures effortless release and cleaning. PFAO-free.
