No, but fortunately an adapter was included that is inconspicuously small. No, the outside does not get hot

In 5 out of 9 photos, two "tongs" are shown with which you can clamp sandwiches, for example, and insert them into the toasting slots. I have just received the toaster, unfortunately without these two "clamps". Will they be supplied later?
