Does this product come with a Swiss plug to power the unit?

Without limescale filter, I feel insecure to use humidifier because I see large amount of white deposition around humidifier even using bottled edible water from the mart. Can you please tell me where I can buy limescale filter for this product?

are the filters for the device being sold again? i bought here at the time, but can no longer find anything... otherwise it makes a lot of lime fog...
