Unfortunately, we can't get the dough hook for this machine.
In the specifications, this is mentioned in each case under the item "May be equipped with a power adapter".
The volume is fine, I at least haven't noticed any yet, however I have only tried the mixer, cube cutter and blender.
Yes, it does it without any problems. I have had the machine for some time and it is used regularly.

I now have a Kenwood appliance (Chef) and am very satisfied.
The Kenwood also turns completely differently, in a good way.
And it has the better quality beaters.
I'm not satisfied with the Bosch either.
I have only used the mincer to grind nuts and stale bread so far. For me, the result is perfect.
plastic ^^ pretty much everything about it :) but price/performance top product, but for fruit juices etc i would recommend a centrifugal juicer expensive but good
with this part you can grind everything.... I've been using it for 2 or 3 years now and nothing is missing.

Yes, it has a fine and a coarse grater. The coarse one should be suitable for rösti.

This model 329407 only comes with a stainless steel mixing bowl, as shown in the picture. The incorrect data will be adjusted. I would recommend the linked model with 1000 watts of power.
The Muz45xcg1 accessory is available elsewhere, but the appliance is not suitable for grinding coffee. It would not grind the beans but crush them, resulting in chunks and oily fine particles, which really doesn't make good coffee.
