I had ordered longlife Mg2+ Filter however received today normal magnesium filter... nowhere mentioned Mg2+ on the box or at the filter. Could you please let me know if this shipment was by mistake or how can end user identify Mg2+ filter than normal BWT filter?

What does longlife mean here? It doesn't say how long you can use a cartridge.

around 120 litres (with total water hardness 26-32 °fH). Filter change after 4 weeks !
