Well, personally, I don't use it for jumpers or t-shirts, but only for shirts or blouses. And in over 5 years of regular use, I've never noticed this phenomenon.

I (male) am delighted with the appliance. The shirt is taken out of the washing machine, attached to the appliance and left to run. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to finish. I can recommend it.

I have the product at home and am satisfied so far. However, there are some points that need to be taken into account.
After washing, when the shirt is still damp, I put it on the CleanMaxx for about 10-15 minutes.
I button up the whole shirt so that there are as few creases as possible. Weights are also attached to the bottom of the shirt, which doesn't necessarily make the finish too nice. I don't mind, though, because most of my shirts go into my trousers.
Otherwise, I can put the shirt straight into the wardrobe after this time. I think the quality is good with the right application.
However, the room in question gets very warm and the noise emission is not very low. About the volume of a hoover.
However, it takes a lot of time away from me and my nerves are also better.
If you want it to be perfect, I recommend doing it by hand.

The iron works perfectly with shirts. Those who need a crease (bankers? consultants?) take their shirts to the dry cleaners anyway and don't have time to button the shirt onto the iron.

No, this ironing doll does not have a steam function. The in-house product data lists it as an ironing doll with 1800 W power but no steam capability mentioned, and core product descriptions confirm it smooths clothes via inflation and heat without steam. Newer PRO STEAM models added steam, but this DS-17013 does not.

Yes, the iron is noisy. I keep it in the room next to the laundry room, outside. I don't want to have the iron in my flat. But I would hate to have to do without it again. It's a real relief when it comes to doing the laundry. Except for the noise, it's a real no. 1!

I always leave them to iron for 12 minutes. The result is perfect for work. Important Leg wash only 600-800 revolutions, so that the shirts are nice and moist. After ironing, take a break of about 10 minutes to cool down.
Can yes, also jumpers etc.. But often the T-shirt cotton is of simple quality compared to shirts. T-shirts, especially cheaper ones, could expand a bit. I am thrilled with the product for shirts, for everything else I don't use it
