Why does the bottom of the inner container get totally scratched, even if you only use the plastic spoon provided? And even though it is made of stainless steel (not Teflon)?

Is it really the case that on the Cuckoo CRP-CHSS1009FN I can only click the time in 5minute increments on the Multicook button? 10min is often too little and at 15min it is overcooked - does anyone know? Thanks for your feedback!

Is the product really 41.9cm high or is that the length of the product? Because in the photos it looks like the product is longer than it is taller.

No, I just measured, the 41.9 cm is the length, the height is about 27 cm.

The plug adapters supplied to operate the unit in Switzerland are rated up to 10A. The instruction manual states that extension cables must be rated up to 15A. Can the unit be operated safely with the supplied adapters? I only saw this after the fact and now I have a bad feeling. Unfortunately, I have no idea at all about electrical appliances.

We have been using the Cuckoo intensively for a little over a year now and have not had any problems with the cable or the adapter getting warm or anything like that. So please do not worry. My wife sometimes leaves it on for longer than 2 days, with the keep warm function, again without any problems.
