I don't think so.
So you want to connect a "normal" steam nozzle? That probably won't work.
De'Longhi Dedica Arte has something like that ... :)
For example here https://komtra.de/delonghi-e.... I have ordered all spare parts and can only recommend it.
The way I see it, the steam lance is different... meaning the 860 has one... and the 860 is a bit newer... would certainly go for the newer model.
I no longer have my 850 but was happy with it for a long time, at least for a start:)

No, unfortunately we do not offer this machine in the colour cream.
Sorry, this question is not formulated in an understandable way. With which "new machine" are you comparing?
