Good evening What is the maximum height of the cup or glass that can be put down? My macchiato glasses, for example, have a height to the rim of approx. 14.5 cm and a diameter at the top of approx. 8.5 cm. Will they fit underneath? Many thanks for your experience.

If you remove the drip-off part at the bottom, a 15cm glass fits underneath. Otherwise 13.5cm is fine.

The capsule holder is supplied as standard with the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Genio S Touch EDG426.GY capsule machine. A coffee machine would be great. Only mine doesn't draw any water. Either too much air in the system or the pump is broken. Too bad, unusable.

These machines work very well. Air in the system cannot be the reason, the water is still sucked in. With a newer machine, the pump must be defective. However, if the machine is several months old and has never been descaled, the machine could also be calcified. (see operating instructions)
