The brush sucks up liquids well (for example, a full glass of water will be sucked up in 2 seconds).for hairs, it's better to vacuum first with a robot.wet hairs are harder to pick up.The Dreame H12 is an excellent product, the big advantage being that it automates the cleaning of the roller and dries it while the H12 is recharging on its base.no smell and always available.

Also suitable for wooden floors

The wet cleaner is generally suitable for hard floors such as tiles, stone and other hard surfaces, but it is not specifically recommended for oiled parquet floors, as the moisture and heavy cleaning could damage the oil finish. Caution is advised for wooden floors with sensitive surfaces such as oiled parquet.

Is this accessory suitable for pet hair?

Yes, this hoover is pet hair friendly. It's designed to effectively remove tangled hair with a resilient scraper that cuts and removes the hair from the brush, transferring it to the dirty water tank for a smooth clean. It's also highly effective at sucking up pet hair and everyday pet-related dirt, such as mud marks or spills. Several users confirm its effectiveness with dogs and the ease with which the brush can be cleaned after use.

It could be one of several things: 1) The area is particularly dirty. 2) The water tank may not be full and the brush is running dry. 3) You may need to clean the appliance (manually, not just on the base). This is because the appliance contains a metal scraper that traps a lot of hair/dust but which settles there. You have to remove the brush roller and clean the area with the brush supplied. From time to time, I also like to clean the brush manually with a detergent and rinse it well. Then I place it on the base to dry. I hope this helps!

Hello, this seems to be a problem. I get quite a lot of water and the tank is also empty at the end. Maybe something (hair, lint) is blocking the opening?

Yes, this product is perfect for cleaning up food scraps during meals. Very large pieces still have to be picked up by hand, but it's impressive what this machine can suck up (couscous, pasta, pieces of vegetable and meat, including liquids).

The Dreame H12 Pro Ultra is primarily designed for cleaning hard floor coverings such as tiles, stone floors and other hard surfaces. However, it is not specifically recommended for oiled parquet floors. - The hot water cleaning and strong suction power of the H12 Pro Ultra could damage the oil finish of the parquet floor or leave unwanted moisture behind, which could lead to damage. - It is advisable to use specially developed cleaning equipment or methods for oiled parquet floors to protect the surface.
