The weight of 1.6 kg refers only to use as a "hand vacuum", i.e. without the long tube. When fully assembled (i.e. with the usual suction tube and the roller brush), the weight is 3.9 kg.
The two products are largely identical. However, the G10 model from Xiaomi also comes with a wet mop function. This can be attached by magnet at the bottom behind the floor brush and then moistens the mop pad attached at the bottom. Also unique to the Xiaomi G10: it has a charging station that can be used to charge an optional second battery at the same time as the main unit.
Yes, that's quite a problem, because Digitec doesn't offer any. I recommend ordering from Aliexpress, it takes a little time but you can order a few filters at the same time. In my opinion, the Xiaomi G10 would be even better than the Dreame V11, because it is practically the same product, but marketed as a Xiaomi product. It also comes with a mattress brush and even a wet wipe function. The Xiaomi G10 costs less than 260 Swiss francs and also has an automatic mode that recognises what you are vacuuming on.

I haven't used one yet, but sooner or later the battery will be due. You can get them relatively cheaply on Ebay, for example. Since Xiaomi is a big brand manufacturer, I think original parts are no problem. However, the material seems to be very robust, so I don't see any need for them in the foreseeable future.
The crevice nozzle (is that what is meant by lance?) should be available to order from Aliexpress, which takes a while but unfortunately Digitec doesn't offer any spare parts, which I personally also find very unfortunate.
A lance for grooves is included in the pack. I don't know if you can get it separately.
