Hi, it's a late 2021 Machine, it's not a Quicksteam model. BG
I have not had any issues with mine so far, so I haven’t really tested how the service works, but the machine has a label from Espressoworld AG next to ECM’s labeling; I am guessing service support in Switzerland goes via them.
There is no information about this in the manual of this device, but it is possible that this is a protection for the nozzles (so that you don't get burned). ): But we leave this question open in case someone has tested the product.
The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly (digitec@digitec.ch). Your request can then be examined individually.
The depth is 450mm, power cable goes away from the bottom, so it does not need additional space.

I received the newer version with the plainer PID screen. I think the old one is no longer produced, which is why the Galaxus picture should be changed.

You can set both the espresso and the steam temperature :)
