I recently ordered the product Atoms from Fellow. However, I have noticed that the vacuum is completely lost after a short time, about 3 to 5 days. Is this normal?

Helpful answer
Seems to be defective. I have two - one holds the vacuum forever and the other loses the vacuum completely after 1-2. I should actually exchange one of them.
