Hi Miriam, a recipe book for which recipe? Bread, yoghurt, jam? For me, this machine does the kneading and leavening for bread flour. I finish baking in the oven at 230 degrees in a closed casserole dish for 30 minutes, then 15 minutes with the lid off to brown the crust.

I have had this machine for 2 years now. It comes with a recipe book. I have tried almost all recipes from that book (bread, cakes, ice creams), they have all been successful. I have also searched on line for the “bread machine recipes” and did many successfully in this machine. We also use it to make pizza dough also from on-line recipes.
Two things are to be noted: you can only use it with Max 1/2 kg flour, (which is anyway maximum for all standard machines).
It is quite noisy, as all of this machines. But if you want set the timer to bake during the night, make sure your kitchen has closed door.
The loaf should slide out quite easily if you follow the recipe. The interior is Teflon-coated. But I rarely bake the bread in the machine, I only make the dough and then take it out to prove and bake it in the regular oven. The results are so much better.
