No, I am not aware of any other cutting drums with a thickness other than 3mm.

I have the KSM175 and it works. From the picture of the KSM125 it also has the square tip which works for all the accessories, including this one.

Theoretically yes, but we tried it once and were not satisfied. The parmesan is grated into irregularly sized flakes, which are 2-3 times larger than the grated parmesan we buy.

This attachment was developed for all KitchenAid food processors and is also suitable for mashing potatoes thanks to the crown grater :-)
