The side panels do not get hot.
The top metal cover gets warm, but you don't burn yourself.
The only place that gets hot is the steam outlet. It is located on the top on the right, behind the switch for steaming or airfrying.

The baking tray is 28cm * 28cm * 2.5cm - enough for a frozen pizza, for example, which is ready in 7 minutes.
The combi pan is 27.5cm * 22.5cm * 6cm.
The crisper grid insert is approx. 2.5cm high and fits into the combi pan.
And yes, the appliance has a heating plate at the bottom, which is used for steaming and combi-cooking.
The appliance is great, I can only recommend it! We use it almost every day and it was also with us in the motorhome
on holiday, where it's perfect for cooking.
