It depends on the length of the hair. We tried the product in my wife's hair salon and it worked great when the staff wiped the salon first. Without wiping, they were able to wrap the long female hair. We have cats at home and it works great, for dog hair I think it depends on the length whether it works or causes problems.

Have you ever deleted and re-entered the network options on the Roborock? I know this shouldn't be necessary, but sometimes it does help. Or is your network not recognised at all?

Hello, The delivery of the S7 will begin in the second trimester of 2021 for most of the EU countries. In Europe, the power plug are not the same from a country to another. However I was happily surprised to receive my S6 MaxV with an adapter provided by Galaxus for free! 😁👍

What do you mean by the edge of the sofa? It could be the colour, what colour is the sofa? I have that too and mine always goes under the light beige sofa.

Hi, yes, you can do this, but you don't have to. It also recognises that it is in another map. It could only be difficult if the floors are fairly identical in terms of floor plan. If the next floor is not too big, so that you have to land in between, you don't need to set up a charging station there. It will then finish cleaning where it started. REGARDS

What is the difference to the new S7 MaxV?

The new S7 MaxV has an improved 3D object detection camera system and can also work with the new vibra-wipe function. In addition, the S7 MaxV could also use an optional suction station / wipe water refill function. However, the surcharge is quite steep for all the optimisations.

The Roborock S6 is definitely the worse model. It only has a small mop water tank that works without an electronic pump and has no 3D no object detection. I think the S6 units are more expensive because they are older. I wouldn't want to swap my S6 MaxV with any of them. The 3D object recognition and the possibility that the hoover can also recognise objects as such was one of the main reasons why I bought the best model from Roborock a year ago. After buying it, it is recommended to update the firmware immediately, because a lot of potential is wasted in the delivery state. The robot has been significantly optimised within a year.

So for a year now, it has been mopping the tiled floors in the kitchen, entrance and bathrooms at least once a week, and the parquet floors in the rest of the flat a little less often. The mop has been in the cupboard unused ever since. But we usually let it do 3 passes, because dried stains are only "moistened" in the first pass, but only really go away in pass 2 or 3. Of course, there are always stains that don't go away even then. But for those, even if you use a mop, you would put it aside and work on them quickly with a cloth.
